POLICIES FOR:
SALES / ORDERS / SHIPPING / RETURNS
Acceptable payment forms are VISA and MasterCard. When you place an order via the internet you will NOT receive an imprint but an email of the credit card transaction. By checking the box terms and conditions and the “Checkout” button below, you acknowledge that you are giving us permission to deduct the funds for this order including any shipping and/or applicable sales tax from your credit card account and that you are in acceptance of Our Sales Policy. Our Promise: We promise to serve the public, as nearly as we can, to its complete satisfaction and will try to be fair and reasonable with each customer on any complaint or adjustment, always considerate of the customers’ point of view. NOTE: We will also accept personal checks. However, items ordered WILL NOT be shipped until check has cleared our bank.

ORDERING:
We do not keep credit card information. Items are normally processed and shipped within 48 hours and not more than 5 business days. Occasionally we may partial ship in two shipments to complete an order, but OUT OF STOCK items, will not be backordered. These items should be reordered at a later date. Please keep your email address current via our Newsletter Signup, we will email announcements or restocked items monthly. A minimum order may be required for free shipping offers. General Public promotions do NOT apply to wholesale orders. If there are special promotions for Wholesale Customers, they will be clearly stated in a separate email to just Wholesale Customers.

SALES TAX:
We only collect Sales Tax on purchases shipped to an address within the state of Michigan. Sales Tax rates are subject to change. If you wish to resell you must have established a Wholesale Account prior to ordering and we must have a current Re-sale Tax ID on file.

SHIPPING COST:
The amounts indicated for shipping, reflect estimates for delivery within the continental U.S. Your online order statement will include a calculation of shipping charges. However, your actual shipping charges will be based on the actual weight of the entire order, including packaging, if it requires more then one box and/or if you have requested insurance coverage. In cases where more then one item is ordered, your total shipping cost might be lower than what is calculated on your online order statement.

SHIPPING CARRIERS:
The majority of our orders are shipped via USPS Priority and First Class Mail, unless otherwise requested. Wholesale orders may be shipped using UPS. Orders shipped to other countries outside the US, often require customs forms to be completed and may require the customer to pay some duty charges.

INSURANCE:
If you want your package to be insured when shipped, you MUST check the Box indicating this on the Check Out page. Cost of the insurance will be added to your order. All deliveries that are insured require a signature upon delivery. If you have any questions please use the “Comment Box” during check-out.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING:
If you need expedited shipping on your merchandise, you MUST request a quote in the Comment Box during check-out. Otherwise, shipping time is based upon USPS Priority Mail or UPS ground service. UPS next day, Second Day and Third Day delivery is also available at an additional cost depending on the weight of your order.

DELIVERY TIMES:
Each order is shipped within 24-48 hours whenever possible (especially during the Christmas season). Every effort is made to ship your complete order and not to split ship items. Therefore, on a rare occasion an order may take up to 4 business days to be shipped.

Delivery can be expected in 3-10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery time frames are based on the carrier used (USPS or UPS, etc.). When possible, your email address is entered into the shipping carriers system so you will receive a Tracking Number which allows you to track and/or trace your delivery.

Currently, delivery outside of the United States to Canada may be limited to areas based on our carriers.

DELIVERY ADDRESSES:
Please fill in your street address information (or ship to address information, if different from that on your Credit Card Statement. We strive to maintain a high level of customer service and we take extra precaution to avoid fraud. If the delivery address does not match the address on your Credit Card Statement, we reserve the right to inquire for further explanation verifying the delivery address. In the worse case we would refuse shipping the merchandise until proof of the correct delivery address was given.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY: Your satisfaction is our primary concern.
When you receive your order please inspect it carefully. If there are problems with any merchandise received, or if you are not completely satisfied, contact us at (616) 792-1058 within 14 days of receipt. At that time, a Return Authorization Number (RMA) will be issued and you will also be provided with a Return to Address. Repack the merchandise you are returning making sure that all pieces are included, along with the original packing materials if it’s still in good condition. NOTE: Items returned more than 30 days after date of delivery, not in sellable condition, or with pieces missing, may be charged a 15% restocking fee or may not be eligible for a refund. Please ship the merchandise back to us with a copy of your original receipt. Also include the RMA number on your receipt and it must also appear on the outside of the package. When shipping the merchandise it MUST be insured, require a signature confirming delivery, and shipped to the RMA address provided. SHIPMENTS WITHOUT AN RMA WILL BE REFUSED (so don’t forget to write your RMA number on the outside of your package).

DAMAGE CLAIMS:
Insuring your package during shipping is an optional choice. If you DO NOT indicate that you want insurance and there is damage to the merchandise during shipping the loss would be addressed with the carrier upon delivery. If insurance was requested address damage on USPS shipments as follows:
• If you notice any obvious damage upon delivery, note it on the delivery confirmation slip that you sign upon acceptance of the package.
• You must keep the damaged merchandise with its original carton.
• Call your local USPS office to schedule an inspection of the damage.
• Once the original package is returned to us, the damaged merchandise will be replaced at no additional charge to you. Remember: it must be returned to the address provided with the RMA # and this number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package and on the copy of the invoice from us that you received with your merchandise.

LOST ORDERS:
On a rare occasion, an order will be lost in shipping. Once an order has left our shipping department, you should use the USPS or UPS tracking number to follow the progress of your package. We do our best to provide all needed information to assist you in recovery and/or replacement if an item is lost. We do however; encourage our customers to pay for the optional shipping insurance coverage. This would take care of any loss of an order in shipping, especially, for high dollar value orders or orders being shipped outside of the US.
