Basic Choker Information

Chokers are short, neck-hugging necklaces, usually fourteen to sixteen inches long. Most of our chokers are the open type that just slide on and off rather than having a clasp that fastens. The fashion importance of chokers jumps out when you achieve a distinctive look by adding a pendant.

All styles of chokers look fantastic on a long neck. However, if you have a shorter neck or if you have a thicker neck, try a narrow choker, a delicate choker or a choker with a pendant to add the illusion of length.  Make sure that the choker does not fit too tightly.

Experiment with different ones until you find a choker style that's just right for you.
